okay it's been a while since i last posted here in my blog... well, here's the reason... ever since my copy of madden nfl '05 came in last tuesday, i've been hooked up with it... i'm so addicted with this freakin' game! i tell ya, if you're a huge football fan and a video game addict, i recommend that you purchase a copy right now...
anyways, i know i'm boring you with the madden stuff... michael phelps has won 8 medals (6 gold, 2 bronze) in one olympics, tying an olympic record... i have to admit, i thought at first that he was kinda overrated, but he proved me wrong... bar none, he's the best swimmer today... even better than "the torpedo" ian thorpe... but i don't know if he can break mark spitz's olympic record of 7 gold medals in one olympics... we'll just have to wait for another 4 years to see if he can do it... but i guess we all do know that he has the longest torso in olympic history... hehehe!
speaking of the olympics, the us men's basketball team lost... again... they lost yesterday to lithuania, 94-90... it's their 2nd loss in this year's olympics... i kinda expected it because lithuania is a powerhouse in euro basketball and the us doesn't have any perimeter players and jump shooters in their lineup... they should've taken fred hoiberg or asked steve kerr to come out of retirement...
3 weeks 'til the nfl regular season starts... i'll be making my predictions later this month... hehehe! i'm also wondering if should i try that online sports betting scheme that my cuz has been playing on... it's kinda scary that i might get addicted into it and i might lose a lot of money... oh well... hehehe!
