earlier tonight, the new york yankees got waxed by the cleveland indians at home, 22-0. that's right... 22-0. it was their worst loss in the team's 101-year history, and they are on a freefall for the past 2 weeks as their al east lead against their rivals, the boston red sox, was trimmed down from a high of 10 1/2 games to 3 1/2 games...
the yanks got embarassed... crushed... destroyed... demolished... at home.
and i know somewhere as of this time, boston native ben affleck is happy... and smiling... because he will remember that this night, the yankees did suck.
