and then, there were two...
the detroit pistons, the eastern conference champs, and the san antonio spurs, the kings of the western conference, will face each other in the 2005 nba finals... the battle between the top 2 defensive teams this year, the past 2 nba champs...
so since my pick to win it all (miami heat) got beat by the pistons in 7 games, i guess it's time for me to change my pick on who's going to win in the finals... it's hard to pick since these 2 teams really deserve to win this year, but there can be only one champion...
my pick is that the san antonio spurs will win either in 6 or 7 games...

although the heat lost in the eastern finals against the pistons, i've admired the play and toughness of 2nd year guard dwyane wade... he's the main reason (shaq's only a close 2nd) why the heat were contenders this season, and probably if it wasn't for a rib injury (along with a couple of injuries from fellow heat players) late in their series against detroit, miami could've been playing in the finals... but no crying over spilled milk now... that's that, and you can't turn the time back... anyways, my hats off to the flash...
