remind me not to gamble or play poker online again...
last tuesday night, my friend in california invited me to join an online gambling site where you can play poker with other people... i've been playing poker online for a year now, but haven't played it with real money... so i joined and made a $20 deposit in my account...
at first i won as much as $10... not that big, but hey it's cool... then i got somewhat greedy and went to play until 3 am the next day... then when i woke up earlier, first thing i did was play poker online... wasn't that good though, as i lost not only all my winnings but also half of the money i placed in my account in a couple of hours...
in the end, i realized that gambling could be good at time, but you need to realize when to stop and you should put a limit on how much you're willing to spend because it could get pretty much addicting, and could easily eat up a lot of your time...
and i also realized poker ain't for me... well, in terms of playing with real money anyway...
i'm sticking to pusoy (poker but pinoy style) in the meantime hehehe!
